Termination of the services of outsourcing and contract employees under the control of Addl. Project Co-ordinators and KGBV for the year 2021-22

Ref: Proc.Rc.1707/APSSA/A1/2017-1, dt    .04.2021 of the SPD, SSA.P., Amaravati.

The attention of the all the Addl. Project Co-ordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State is invited to the reference 1st read above wherein they were informed that the services of Outsourced/Contract employees including Special Officers, CRTS, PETS and Part Time PGTS of KGBV, Data Entry Operators, MIS Co-ordinators, ANMS, CRPS, Accountants, Messengers, IERTS, Night & Day Watchwomen, Vocational Instructors, Computer Instructors, Office Subordinates, Cooks, Sweepers/Scavengers, Site Engineers, Part Time Instructors, Health and Physical Education, Work Education, Junior Assistants, Watchman, Physiotherapists & Aayas of I.E. and Sectorial Officers and Assistant Sectorial Officers etc., working in their offices/ District shall be terminated on the AN of dt: 29.04.2021.

Now in continuation of the reference read above, all the Additional Project Co-ordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that the services of Outsourced/ Contract employees including Special Officers, CRTS, PETS and Part Time PGTS of KGBV, Data Entry Operators, MIS Co ordinators, ANMS, CRPS, Accountants, Messengers, IERTS, Night & Day Watchwomen, Vocational Instructors, Computer Instructors, Office Subordinates, Cooks, Sweepers/ Scavengers, Site Engineers, Part Time Instructors Health and Physical Education, Work Education, Junior Assistants, Watchman, Physiotherapists & Aayas of I.E. and Sectorial Officers and Assistant Sectorial Officers etc., working in their offices /

Districts shall be re-engaged w.e.f 01.05.2021 wherever required to complete the academic year projects like Nadu nedu, PAB appraisals report etc with due approval from the Chairman, Samagra shiksha of the respective districts duly submitting performance review by the reporting officer and work done by the concerned employee.

Further, all the Additional Project Co-ordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the Government and also guidelines issued by this office scrupulously without any deviation while re-engaging the services of employees on Out Sourcing & Contract Basis under Samagra Shiksha for the year 2021-22.
