The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Principals, Government DIETs in the State is invited to the reference read above and they are informed that the of 9th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha, the unique interactive program of Hon'ble Prime Minister with students, teachers and parents will tentatively be held in January, 2026.
They are further informed that in order to select participants who will be featuring in the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026, an online Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) competition is being conducted at https://innovateindia.mygov.in from 1st December, 2025 to 11th January, 2026 for children studying in classes 6 to 12, teachers and parents. All the participants will receive a participation certificate.
This competition is the mode through which the students, parents and teachers are invited to be a part of PPC 2026 and to be able to frame their questions to be addressed to the Hon’ble Prime Minister. Selected questions, shortlisted by NCERT, may feature in the programme. The participants who asked questions in the previous editions of Pariksha Pe Charcha are invited by media channels to appear in their programmes. In the same lines practiced in last year, this year's chosen few may get an opportunity to interact with the media.
Further informed that Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC)-2026 Students, Teachers and Parents registration needs to be started immediately. Accordingly, the following are the details of the responsible officers nominated for the flagship programme of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India:

They are further informed that the District Nodal Officers and District Coordinators have been identified for the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026. The details are enclosed in the annexure.
The following guidelines shall be followed scrupulously:
- Ensure all creatives and directions are sent through email and social media to schools and parents/students.
- Conduct the meetings with DyEOs/ MEOs/ Principals/ Cluster Complex HMs for wider dissemination.
- Ensure 100% registration and participation of total enrollment in all Schools (Govt/ZPP/MPP /MPL /APMS /APRIES /KGBV /MJPS /BC Welfare/Tribal welfare/Aided/Unaided/Private) across the three categories: Students (Classes 6-12), Teachers, and Parents.
- Facilitate the registration process for students, parents, and teachers on the PPC 2026 portal: https://innovateindia.mygov.in Report the progress and coordinate with the State Nodal Officer for PPC 2026 regularly.
- Issue instructions to all DIET Principals and inspecting officers to shortlist the students for final participation, after completion of the registration process.
- The program must be given utmost priority, ensuring transparency and timely execution as per the directions of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Govt. of India.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Principals, Government DIETs in the State are requested to take necessary action as per the instructions of the Government of India.
