All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State are invited to the references read above, wherein orders were issued for engaging the 211 PGT’s and 71 TGT’s in A.P Model schools on contract basis with Minimum Time Scale with certain terms and conditions applicable to contract employees for a period of 10 Months in a year.
Further, all the RJDSEs and the Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State are informed that the last working day for the Academic Year 2023- 24 will be 23.04.2024 and the Summer vacation to all schools in the state following state syllabus will be from 24.04.2024 to 11.06.2024 and the schools will be reopened on 12.06.2024 for the Academic year 2024-25.
Further as the Government have accorded permission vide reference 7th cited to renew the contractual services of 282 contract faculty working in the AP Model School Society in the State for 12 months with a break period of 10 days from 01.05.2023 to 10.05.2023 and to utilize their services from 11.05.2023 to till the end of next academic year 2023-24.
Accordingly, in the reference 8th cited, permission Orders were issued to the renewal of contractual services of 282 contract faculty working in A.P.Model Schools from 11.05.2023 to the end of next academic year 2023-24.
As such the services in respect of Post Graduate Teachers and Trained Graduate Teachers who are engaged on contractual basis with Minimum Time Scale (MTS) needs to be terminated w.e.f AN of 23.04.2023.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education Officers and the Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the state are requested to terminate the Contractual Agreement of the above teachers appointed on Minimum Time Scale on the AN of 23.04.2024 until further orders received from the Government.
