AP SSC 10th Marks Recounting, Reverification Instructions / Guidelines:
- The Candidates can apply for Re-Counting and Re-Verification of Answer Scripts in the Online Application from 23-04-2024 at 10:00 AM to 30-04-2024 till 11:00 PM. The earlier process of offline/ manual applications is dispensed with and an online application is developed for the purpose of Recounting and Re -verification.
- The Candidates who wish to apply for Recounting and Re-Verification of Answer Scripts shall immediately request the concerned School HM to apply for the same and shall submit the fee to the concerned School HM only.
- The HM/ Principal/ Correspondent of the School shall thoroughly go through the User Manual of the Online Application before submitting the applications and making the payment for the Recounting and Re - verification of Answer Scripts of the SSC Public Examinations, March 2024.
- All the fee payments shall be made within the Online Application only, which can be accessed from the Official Website “www.bse.ap.gov.in”, after filling out the form. Fee payments shall not be made through CFMS Citizen Challan under any circumstances. Payments done through CFMS Citizen Challan are not accepted and shall not be refunded or adjusted. The O/o DGE, A.P., is not liable for any payments done through CFMS Citizen Challan.
- The HM shall keep the following documents ready before proceeding to fill out the online application form:
- List of the students from the School who appeared for the SSC Public Examinations, March 2024.
- List of Subjects/ Papers for which the students would like to apply for Recounting/ Re - verification. (The HM is advised to ask each student and collect this information before proceeding) c) Mobile Number of the Student / Parent and Email ID of the Student / Parent. (While filling the Online Application, the Mobile Number and Email ID has to be mandatorily filled in the form) d) Application Fee (To be paid Online – by Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking / UPI)
- The Application Fee for the Recounting of the Answer Script of each subject is Rs. 500/- only (Rupees Five Hundred Only) and for the Re-verification of the Answer Script of Each Subject is Rs. 1000/- only (Rupees One Thousand Only). Page 8 of 8
- The Payment of Fee can be made for all the candidates at once or at different times. Payment need not be made to all students at once. The number of subjects can also be increased. Thus the HM is advised not to wait till the last day and to submit the applications along with the fee well before the due date.
- The Applications sent by Post to the O/o DGE, A.P (Board of Secondary Education, A.P.) will not be accepted. In-Person Applications which are received at the O/o DGE, A.P., or O/o DEOs in the Districts will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Provisions included in Re-verification:
1) Re-totaling
2) Whether marks for all answers are posted or not.
3) Re-verification as per the Principles of valuation for only those answers which are unvalued. Unvalued answers will be valued and marks will be awarded.
4) If any reduction in the already awarded marks is noticed, it will be communicated to the candidate with an instruction to surrender/return the original certificate to facilitate issue of the revised certificate with the reduced marks. The marks will be revised in the permanent Record of the office. If the candidate concerned fails to comply with the instruction in returning the memo, he has to face the consequences if his certificate referred for verification at a later date. The Department is not responsible for the action of the candidate.

i. అభ్యర్థులు ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తులో ఆన్లైన్ అప్లికేషన్లో రీ-కౌంటింగ్ మరియు రీ-వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం 23- 04-2024 నుండి 30-04-2024 వరకు రాత్రి 11:00 గంటల వరకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఆఫ్లైన్/ మాన్యువల్ అప్లికేషన్ల యొక్క మునుపటి ప్రక్రియ తొలగించబడింది మరియు రీకౌంటింగ్ మరియు -రీ వెరిఫికేషన్ ప్రయోజనం కోసం ఆన్లైన్ అప్లికేషన్ రూపొందించబడింది.
ii. జవాబు పత్రాల రీకౌంటింగ్ మరియు రీ-వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలనుకునే అభ్యర్ధులు వెంటనే సంబంధిత పాఠశాల హెచ్ఎమ్ ని దాని కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేయవలసిందిగా అభ్యర్ధించాలి మరియు సంబంధిత పాఠశాల హెచ్ఎమ్ కి మాత్రమే ఫీజును సమర్పించాలి.
iii. మార్చి 2024, SSC పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షల జవాబు పత్రాల రీకౌంటింగ్ మరియు రీ-వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం దరఖాస్తులను సమర్పించి మరియు చెల్లింపు చేయడానికి ముందు పాఠశాల యొక్క HM/ ప్రిన్సిపల్/ కరస్పాండెంట్ ఆన్లైన్ అప్లికేషన్ యొక్క మాన్యువల్ను క్షుణ్ణంగా పరిశీలించాలి.
iv. అన్ని రుసుము చెల్లింపులు ఆన్లైన్ అప్లికేషన్లో మాత్రమే చేయబడతాయి, ఫారము పూరించిన తర్వాత అధికారిక వెబ్సైట్ "www.bse.ap.gov.in" నుండి యాక్సెస్ చేయవచ్చు. ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ CFMS సిటిజన్ చలాస్ ద్వారా ఫీజు చెల్లింపులు జరగవు. CFMS సిటిజన్ చలాన్ ద్వారా చేసిన చెల్లింపులు ఆమోదించబడవు మరియు తిరిగి చెల్లించబడవు లేదా సర్దుబాటు చేయబడవు. CFMS సిటిజన్ చలాన్ ద్వారా చేసే ఏవైనా చెల్లింపులకు O/o DGE, A.P., బాధ్యత వహించదు.
v. ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్ను పూరించడానికి ముందు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు కింది పత్రాలను సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి:
ఎ) మార్చి 2024, SSC పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షలకు హాజరైన పాఠశాల నుండి విద్యార్ధుల జాబితా.
