All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational officers in the State are informed that Vidya Sameeksha Kendra (VSK) (Command and Control Room) is being established in the state for effective implementation and monitoring of various programs in School Education Department such as Jagananna Gorumudda, Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, Mana Badi Nadu Nedu, Student Attendance, Teacher Attendance and other digital initiatives.
As a part of monitoring the all initiatives including flagship programs it is proposed to place 4 supervisors and 26 district in-charges @ one per district in the Vidya Sameeksha Kendra to interact with the stakeholders and field functionaries on the implementation of the activities/programs.
In this connection certain individuals are identified and deputed to discharge their duties as supervisors and district in-charges (Annexure) and they will be trained as per the requirements of the Vidya Sameeksha The persons deputed shall draw their salaries from the present place of working. This performance will be reviewed time to time and the suitable candidates will be continued to discharge their duties as supervisors and district in-charges. This deputation is purely temporary for initial period of 3 months and may be withdrawn at any time.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are directed to relieve the individuals duly claiming their salaries at their present place of working (Annexure) well in advance to report the Joint Director (Services) of this office and to take charge of supervisors and district-in-charges as per the instructions of the Commissioner of School Education, Infra, time to time.
The Joint Director (Services) is directed to submit the compliance on this to the Commissioner of School Education, Infra, with a copy to the undersigned.
