NOTIFICATION
Under the “Explanation” to Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Central Act XXVI of 1881) read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No.20/25/56 Public-I, Dated: 8th June, 1957, the Government of Andhra Pradesh State, hereby, declares the day of Poll for the bye-election to 23-Tirupati (SC) Parliamentary Constituency, Andhra Pradesh i.e., 17th April, 2021 (Saturday) to be a Public Holiday under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, in the area of 23-Tirupati (SC) Parliamentary Constituency, Andhra Pradesh.
