The attention of all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references cited and informed that, during the video conference held on 01.04.2021, the following instructions were issued to all concerned officials to implement the decisions in a time bound manner so as to take the decisions in timely manner. ર જીના મા.
a) Take necessary steps to update Formative Assessment (FA) examination marks of all the students in the CSE Portal by 10.04.2021. Seetiranag-
b) Take necessary steps to obtain the information from all the eligible UTI students under Jagananna Ammavodi Scheme studying Class 9th to 12th under all managements in the prescribed time limit for assessment of required laptops instead of Rs.15000/- under Jagananna Ammavodi Scheme.
c) General & specific instructions were Issued to the all HMS/Principals/Correspondents of all High Schools in the State presenting Regular/Private/OSSC candidates for SSC Public Examinations, June - 2021 that, Nominal Roll (NR) data has to be uploaded online by the HMs concerned using their respective user id & password provided by the O/o.DGE for generation of Nominal Rolls. If any deviation in this regard, the concerned HM/Principals/Correspondents of concerned managements will be held responsible and action will be initiated as per the rules in force.
d) The details of pending Contempt Cases (85) as per the database of the Hon'ble High Court of A.P are herewith forwarded for taking immediate necessary action to avoid legal complications.
e) Instructions were issued to the DEOS to depute the teams on 06.04.2021 & 07.04.2021 for obtaining the information and furnish the complete and updated data pertaining to the Grant in Aid (GIA) schools by 10.04.2021. The data should be obtained from the concerned Headmasters/Principals/Correspondents. Provision will be made available in MEO login for downloading the pre-populated inspection form. Further, the MEO shall take print out and hand it over the same to their inspection teams.
f) The inspection teams shall in turn proceed to their respective schools and fill the required data and handover back to the concerned MEOs.
g) After receipt of the filled inspection forms, the MEO shall submit forms in their logins.
In view of the above, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take immediate necessary action on the above said points in a time bound manner and report compliance in the matter.
