AP POLYCET Admissions Web Counselling 2025 Notification, Schedule AP POLYCET Counselling Date 2025 Schedule State Board of Technical Education has announced the AP POLYCET Counselling Admissions Schedule 2025 as the AP POLYCET results 2025 are released on 14 June, 2025.
The Qualified candidates of APPOLYCET-2025 are informed that the admission into Polytechnics will be conducted based on Web based Counselling. The detailed procedure of Web based counselling and other instructions will be made available at https://appolycet.nic.in
The Qualified candidates of APPOLYCET-2025 are informed that the admission into Polytechnics will be conducted based on Web based Counselling. The Qualified and Eligible Candidates of APPOLYCET-2025 who have participated in Phase-I Counseling are informed to exercise their options afresh using their old password, Login ID for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment in the final phase. The Candidates who have not attended for Certificate verification during first phase are directed to get their certificates verified from any listed Help Line Center in this final phase after payment of processing fee online and exercise options as per the schedule given below.

PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE through ONLINE Mode (For the Candidates who have not paid processing fee during earlier phases):
All the candidates who have not paid processing fee in first phase are instructed to pay processing fee from 20.06.2025 to 27.06.2025 using URL https://appolycet.nic.in. The fee amounts are given below:
- For OC & BC candidates: Rs. 700/-
- For SC & ST candidates: Rs. 250/-
Processing fee can be paid through online using credit card or debit card or through internet banking.
Once the payment is success click on print button and takes a print out of fee receipt
Certificate Verification (For the Candidates who have not attended for Certificate verification during earlier phases):
The qualified candidates of APPOLYCET-2025 are informed to attend for certificate verification along with the Processing fee payment receipt in any one of the Help Line Centres indicated below and as per the schedule given above, with all original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies like
- Processing fee payment receipt
- APPOLYCET-2025 Hall ticket
- APPOLYCET-2025 Rank Card
- S.C or its Equivalent Marks memo (Original or Internet copy).
- IV to X Study Certificate or Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) or Residence Certificate of either of parents in A.P. for 10 years in case of non-local candidates.
- EWS certificate valid for the year 2025-26, for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category.
- Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2021 for claiming tuition fee
- Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of reserved category(BC/SC/ST) candidates
- Transfer Certificate (T.C)
- Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2024 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Option Entry:
In this final phase the Options given in first Phase will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise options afresh.
The candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment and reported at the institution/college need not exercise options once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat will be allotted as per the new options, the vacated seat which was allotted in previous phase will be allotted to the next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment.
- Candidates who have secured seats but not interested to join.
- Who have not secured seats so far but got their certificates verified.
- Who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified.
- Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option.
- Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their first Phase allotment.
- Candidates who have attended for certificate verification as per the above schedule.
The allotment of seats will be released and placed on the website on 03.07.2025 after 6 p.m. For left over seats, the list of Help Line Centres and other details please visit: https://appolycet.nic.in. It is advised to exercise options for interested Polytechnics/courses as vacancies may arise in the process of allotment in addition to the left over seats.
Tuition Fee: Tuition fee payable after allotment is Rs. 4,700/- (for Government and aided Polytechnics) and Rs.25,000/- per annum (in Private unaided Polytechnics and Second Shift Engineering Colleges).The reimbursement of Tuition fee in respect of all eligible candidates will be as per the orders issued by Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time. As per the norms prescribed by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, candidates with maximum eligible age [Candidates of SC/ST/BC-24 YEARS, and OC-20 YEARS] as on 01- 07-2025 are alone eligible for fee reimbursement
Note: It is informed to all the candidates that they can approach nearest Government Polytechnic for any help regarding information related to web counselling procedure (Certificate verification in Web counselling process only be done at 49 Help Line Centres).
