Before entering the students information in the website, keep the following documents for ready reference:
a) Original Admission Register.
b) Original Challan of Examination Fee Payment.
c) Figure Statement.
d) Opening Permission / ETRs in respect of Private /Aided and additional sections sanction order copies if any.
e) Age condonation order if any.
f) Original PH Certificates if any
- PH -l(Hearing impaired (Deaf and Dumb) Category student shall opt only one Language out of three languages. Hence the rest of two languages shall be shown as Exempted.
- PH -2 (Visually Impaired/ Blind)
- PH -3 (Orthopedically Challenged)
- PH-4 (Dyslexia) Category student shall be Exempted to appear 3rd Language English only.
g) Second language Exemption certificates in respect of out of state candidates, If any.
h) Fee Exempted Students List. i) Scanned image of the pass port size photo of the students in 'JPG.' format of 10-30 KB size.
j) Scanned images of the signatures of the students in 'JPG.' of 10-15 KR size.
- For Student details which are being edited now in SSC NR Confirmation Service, Click on Confirm button to confirm Student Details after Edit.
- Student Details which have been edited previously in SSC NR Confirmation Service, but not confirmed must Click on Confirm button to Confirm.
- Payment of fee is enabled after confirmation of the candidates by H.M/ for confirmed candidates only by H.M.
- No edit option is available under Dy.E.O and D.E.O logins after confirmation of the candidates by the HM.
- Candidates shall complete 14 years of age as on 31-08-2019 in other words, they must have been born on or before 31-08-2005.
- Up to 1 ½ year D.E.O is competent to condone the age in respect of the candidates of Private management schools and from 1 ½ year to 2 years DGE is competent to condone the age for students of all management schools
- Please Upload HM Signature before taking Print. Signature Image size should be Greater than 15 KB and less than or equal to 20 KB
