ORDER:-
In the
reference 7th read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.
has requested to revalidate and release the unspent
amount of Rs 45,95,08,678 /- which was released during the financial year
2017-18 vide G.O.2nd
read above for implementation
of Aadhar Enabled Bio metric Attendance System (AEBAS) in schools in the State
and also requested to release an amount of
Rs.10.00 crores under the Head of Account 4202-01-202-11-04-520/521 purchases
under the scheme “Government Secondary Schools” for the year 2018-19
towards payment to the vendors and service providers of Finger Print and IRIS devices for implementation of Aadhar Enabled Bio metric
Attendance System (AEBAS) in schools in the State.
2. In the reference 8th read
above, Finance
(FMU-Edn) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of
Rs.35,77,70,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Crores, Seventy Seven Lakhs, Seventy
Thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and
quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining
supplementary grants at an appropiate time during the C.F.Y. 2018-19 and relaxation
of quaterly regulations is allowed with regard to the BE 2018-19 for Rs.1000.00
Lakhs towards meeting the expenditure
for procuremnt of Tablets to Headmasters
and Palm devices to schools for implementation of Aadhar Enabled
biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) in the State under the head of account
4202-01-202-11-04-520-521.
3. In pursuance of Budget Release Order
issued by the Finance (FMU-Edn) Dept,
Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of
Rs.35,77,70,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Crores, Seventy Seven Lakhs, Seventy
Thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and
quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining
supplementary grants at an appropiate time during the C.F.Y. 2018-19 and
relaxation of quaterly regulations is allowed with regard to the BE 2018-19 for
Rs.1000.00 Lakhs towards meeting the

4. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P,
Amaravati shall take further action accordingly and submit utilisation
Ceritificate.
