DA Arrears Payment Schedule
Arrears for 20 months, covering 01-01-2025 to 31-08-2026, will be settled as follows:

EPS-95 employees: DA arrears shall be calculated and paid according to the rules governing EPS-95.
Who Is Eligible?
- State Government employees drawing pay in Revised Pay Scales, 2022.
- Employees of Zilla Parishads, Mandal Parishads, Gram Panchayats, Municipalities and Municipal Corporations.
- Employees of Agricultural Market Committees, Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas and eligible work-charged establishments.
- Teaching and non-teaching staff of aided institutions, including aided polytechnics, drawing regular RPS 2022 pay.
- Eligible university teaching and non-teaching staff specified in the order.
- Specified teaching staff drawing Revised UGC/AICTE Pay Scales, 2006 or 2016.
Special Provisions
- Employees retired or due to retire between 01-01-2025 and 31-12-2027, inclusive, shall receive DA arrears in cash.
- If an employee died before issue of the order, the legal heir(s) are entitled to the DA arrears.
- For this purpose, “Pay” has the meaning assigned in FR 9(21)(a)(i).
- Agricultural Market Committees shall meet the DA expenditure from their own funds.
- APCFSS has been directed to enable arrears calculation and due-drawn statements in the payroll system.
