AP Cluster Complex Meeting on 29.08.2026 – Agenda, Guidelines & Instructions
AP Cluster Complex Meeting 29 August 2026: The School Education Department, Andhra Pradesh, through SCERT, has issued proceedings for conducting the Cluster Complex Meeting on Saturday, 29.08.2026, for 50% SGTs and Language Teachers. The meeting will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Cluster Complex level.

All the RJDSEs, DEOs, APCs, Dy.EOs, DIET Principals, MEOs and Sectoral Officers of District Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that in the reference 1st read above, the Director of School Education issued orders for conduct of School Cluster Complex Meeting at the Cluster Complex level on 29- 08-2026 i.e., the fifth Saturday, for 50% of SGTs and all the School Assistants (SAs) of Language subjects, i.e., Telugu/Minor Languages, Hindi, English and Physical Education, from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM, without any deviation.
They are further informed that out of the above participants, School Assistant for Telugu and P.Ds/PETs are exempted from attending the Cluster Complex Meeting only for this month due to Telugu Bhasha Dhinoutsavam and Sports Day celebrations at school level i.e., on 29.08.2026
They are further informed that the detailed guidelines and the instructions already issued in the reference 1st read above shall remain same. The agenda for the Cluster Complex Meeting is appended to this proceeding.
Therefore, all the RJDSEs, DEOs, DIET Principals and APCs are requested to disseminate the above instructions to all the field level functionaries and ensure 100% attendance of the participants. The Cluster Complex Headmaster shall ensure that the teachers who attend the Cluster Complex Meeting submit the feedback form invariably.
Note: School Assistant for Telugu an d P.Ds/PETs are exempted from attending the Cluster Complex Meeting only or his month due to Telugu Bhasha Dhinoutsavam and Sports Da i.e, 29.08.2026
