CCE Internal Marks Calculation 2025-2026:

Calculation for 1st to 5th Classes: SAMP1 + SAMP2 + SAMP3 + SAMP4 + SA1 = 50+50+50+50+80 = 280 M Reduced to 20 Marks and SA2 for 80 Marks - Total for 100M.

Calculation for 6th, 7th & 8th Classes: SAMP1 + SAMP2 + SAMP3 + SAMP4 + SA1 = 50+50+50+50+80 = 280 M Reduced to 20 Marks and SA2 for 80 Marks - Total for 100M

Calculation for 8th Class PS & BS: SAMP1 + SAMP2 + SAMP3 + SAMP4+ SA1 = 50+50+50+50+40 = 240 M - Reduced to 10 Marks and SA2 for 40 Marks - Total for 50M.

Calculation for 9th Classes:  SAMP1 + SAMP2 + SAMP3 + SAMP4 + SA1 = 50+50+50+50+100 = 300 M Reduced to 20 Marks and SA2 for 80 Marks. Total for 100M

Calculation for 9th Class for PS & BS: SAMP1 + SAMP2 + SAMP3 + SAMP4 + SA1 = 50+50+50+50+50 = 250 M Reduced to 10 Marks and SA2 for 50 Marks. It is to be reduced to 40 Marks - Total for 50M.

Promotion List 2025-26 Academic Year Software Instructions and Download Links:

How to Use Student info web based Promotion List 2025-26 Software:

• Log into…https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in/
• Enter 'User Name' and 'Password'
• Click on "Reports"
• Click on "Child wise Report"
• Studying Class క్రింద ఉన్నSelect Class పై క్లిక్ చెయ్యాలి
• తరువాత 'All' పైన క్లిక్ చెయ్యాలి
• తరువాత Status క్రింద Select క్లిక్ చేసి, దానిలో Active సెలెక్ట్ చెయ్యాలి
• Get Details పైన క్లిక్ చేస్తే మన పాఠశాలలో ఉన్న Active Students అందరూ వస్తారు
• తరువాత Excel format లో download చేసుకోవాలి
• Download చేసుకున్న Excel Sheet లో మన పాఠశాల లోని అన్ని తరగతుల స్టూడెంట్స్ Details ఉంటాయి
• లిస్టులో మనకు అవసరం లేని పేర్లు ఉంటే, Download చేసిన లిస్ట్ నుండి అవసరం లేని పేర్లు వున్న Row మొత్తం డిలీట్ చెయ్యండి. అలాగే Student info site లో ఎవరైనా విద్యార్థి పేరు, వివరాలు లేకపోతే, వారియొక్క వివరాలను కూడా download చేసిన లిస్టులోనే ఎంటర్ చేసుకోవాలి. ఉదాహరణకు 6వ తరగతిలో ఒక విద్యార్థి పేరు కొత్తగా ఎంటర్ చెయ్యాలంటే Download చేసిన లిస్టులో 6వ తరగతి విద్యార్థుల చివర ఒక Row Insert చేసి, ఆ విద్యార్థి details ను దానిలో ఎంటర్ చెయ్యాలి.
• మీరు Download చేసిన Child Info Excel File లో S.No. 1 నుండి Mother Name Column లో Last Mother Name 3650 Select చేసి, COPY చేసి, ఈ షీట్ లో S.No. కింద PASTE చెయ్యండి. COPY-PASTE అని గమనించండి. CUT-PASTE కాదు.
• తరువాత Marks Entry Sheets లో అన్ని తరగతుల మార్కులను ఎంటర్ చేయాలి
• తరువాత Promotion List లో 3వ కాలంలో ఉన్న Tab Click చేసి "O" పైన ఉన్న టిక్ ( √ ) మార్కును తీసివేసి OK చెయ్యాలి.
• Your Promotion List is Ready for Printing.

• 2nd Language Option ను CHANGE చేసుకోవచ్చు. CLASS WISE SHEETS లలో LANGUAGE EDIT చేయడానికి అవకాశం.
• I to IX PROMOTED తో పాటు T. C. ISSUED కానీ, ABSENTED అనే  OPTIONS కూడా SELECT చేసుకోవచ్చు
