Enter enrollment and the approved cooking rate for each group. Default cooking costs: I–V ₹6.19; VI–VIII, IX–X and XI–XII ₹9.29 per student/day. Default rice: 100g, 150g, 150g and 200g respectively. 3. Daily attendance and service / రోజువారీ హాజరు, భోజనం

Use “Fill attendance” to copy enrollment into working days, then correct the actual figures. Mark or unmark holidays and enter a reason if needed. Checking a holiday clears Attendance and MDM Taken for that date to zero. / హాజరు నింపండి బటన్‌తో పని దినాలకు విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యను నమోదు చేసి, నిజమైన హాజరు ప్రకారం సరిచేయండి. సెలవు గుర్తిస్తే ఆ తేదీ హాజరు, MDM Taken సంఖ్యలు సున్నా అవుతాయి.

2026 festival dates are suggested from the AP general holiday list; school holidays can differ. Check your school calendar and edit each tick. / అవసరమైతే Holiday tick తీసివేసి ఆ రోజున కూడా MDM ఇవ్వవచ్చు. Eggs Mon-Fri, Chikki Mon/Wed/Fri (1 per student), Ragi+Jaggery Tue/Thu/Sat defaultగా select అవుతాయి. ప్రతి date వద్ద Attendance మరియు MDM Taken విడిగా edit చేయవచ్చు.
