Read:
1. Letter received from Joint Director, CIET-NCERT, New Delhi regarding re-run of NISHTHA and General CPD Courses on DIKSHA.
2. Gmail communication forwarded by the SPD, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh regarding initiation of enrolment of teachers/teacher educators in CPD Courses on DIKSHA (DIKSHA 2.0).
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers, Additional Project Coordinators (APCs)of Samagra Shiksha are invited to the references read above, and they have informed that the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), through CIET, has re-run NISHTHA courses (FLN & ECCE) along with General CPD and Nano Courses on the upgraded DIKSHA 2.0 Learning Management System, in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 mandate of 50 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) annually for teachers, school heads and teacher educators.
Our State also developed and hosted certain online CPD courses On DIKSHA LMS
In this context, the following instructions are issued for strict compliance by all concerned:
NISHTHA FLN
Target Group:
- Teachers and School Heads working at Pre-Primary and Primary stages of education.
- Newly recruited teachers through DSC-2025 working at Pre-Primary and Primary level must mandatorily complete NISHTHA FLN.
- There are twelve (12) courses under NISHTHA 3.0 and all twelve courses shall be completed by the above target groups.
Target Group:
- Mandal Education Officers, Cluster Resource Master Trainers (CRMTs),DIET Faculty from Dept. of School Education.
- Project Directors(PDs),CDPOs and Supervisors from WCD,
- Note: There are six(6)courses under NISHTHA 4.0,and all six courses shall be completed by the above target groups.
General CPD & Nano Courses
- Five (5) General CPD Courses and twenty-nine (29) Nano Courses are also made available on the DIKSHA 2.0 LMS.
- Teachers and other stakeholders may enroll in these courses based on their professional interest and need.
Courses from Andhra Pradesh
- There Twelve (12) CPD courses are hosted from state and are now open for enrollment.

The Officials/teachers who have already completed NISHTHA courses in earlier batches are exempted from re-doing the same courses. However, they must complete any pending or incomplete courses.
DIKSHA 2.0 -LMS and Login Instructions
- All the above courses shall be pursued only through DIKSHA Courses(DIKSHA 2.0 LMS)using the DIKSHA Mobile Application or Web Portal.
- Learners marking attendance through the LEAP App shall log in using their LEAP App credentials(SSO Login)by selecting the "Login with State System"option on the DIKSHA login page.

- Learners other than LEAP App users shall register on DIKSHA using their primary mobile number, if not registered earlier, and complete the courses without fail.
- Course progress, completion status and certification shall be monitored.
Roles and Responsibilities
- RJDs: Overall supervision at regional level and review of District - wise progress.
- DEOs &APCs: District-level planning, monitoring, periodic review meetings and reporting to the State.
- Principals, Government DIETs: Academic facilitation, orientation and monitoring of DIET faculty, CRMTs and field functionaries.
- MEOs / AMOs: Mandal-level implementation, ensuring enrolment and completion by Teachers and School Heads.
- School Heads: Ensure 100%enrolment and timely completion by all teachers working under their jurisdiction.
- A monitoring and reporting mechanism shall be put in place at Mandal, District and State levels.
All the officers concerned shall disseminate these instructions immediately to the field-level "" functionaries for effective implementation.
