ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, in the reference 5th read above, and in partial modification of the orders issued in the G.O 4 cited, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission for shifting the offices of Heads of Departments of the School Education Department i.e., (1) O/o the Commissioner of School Education, O/o A.P. Model School Society, and 0/0 Adult Education Department, from Anjaneya Towers, B- Block, Ibrahimpatnam and (i) O/o Jawahar Bal Bhavan, Krishna Lanka, Vijayawada, APREI Society, Guntur and the Director of Public Libraries, Guntur, to the new building i.e Venkatadri Towers, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, with rentable area 40,000 Sft. in 4 Floors with a rent @ Rs. 20/- per Sft. + Rs. 5/- per Sft. for extra facilities, totaling to Rs.25/- Sft. excluding Tax, as per the instructions issued in Cir.Memo No53023/6/GPM&AR/2016-9, dt:24.05.2016, General Administration Department, with effect from the possession of the building.
The Commissioner of School Education, shall take further action accordingly, in the matter.
This orders issued with the concurrence of Finance Department, vide U.O.No.FIN01-FMUOASD(SE)/39/2022-FMU- SE, Dated:11.11.2022.
