The Ministry of Defence, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, has launched Project Veer Gatha 6.0 for 2026-27. The programme helps students learn about gallantry award winners and inspiring Indian warriors through creative school-level activities.

How Many Entries Can Each School Upload?
Every school may upload a total of four best entries. The distribution depends on the highest class available in the school.

Evaluation Criteria
Entries pass through District, State/UT and National evaluation. The maximum score is 16 marks. The common criteria include:
- Originality of expression - 4 marks
- Presentation - 4 marks
- Relevance to the topic - 4 marks
- Activity-specific criterion - 4 marks: support in essays, poetic devices in poems, dialogue in multimedia work, or technique in paintings.
