Child and mother are in Different HH

In WEA/WEDPS verification page, under Mother Name, the guardian’s Aadhaar is shown. But Child’s mother/father is alive and present in a different household from the child.

Step 1: Child Migration option will be provided in PS login.

Step 2: After child is migrated to parent’s household, in the NBM Grievance module, “Application Form” grievance type will be enabled where the correct details of child and parents can be entered.

In the “Mother and Child Aadhaar are same” scenario, both the child and mother Aadhaar need to be corrected.

Child having Shishu Aadhaar/ not having Aadhaar

Cancelled Aadhaar/Shishu Aadhaar is being shown in School education data. How can we replace current working Aadhaar with cancelled Aadhaar?

Step 1: “Child Aadhaar Updation” module will be provided in PS login to replace cancelled/Shishu Aadhaar with working Aadhaar.

Step 2: After working Aadhaar is added in household database, in the NBM Grievance module, “Application Form” grievance type will be enabled where the correct details of child and parents can be entered.

In the Invalid Child Aadhaar scenario, it is found that child has not enrolled for Aadhaar.

Step 1: Child must enroll for Aadhaar Card. Step 2: Once Aadhaar card is received, add the child to Mother’s Household.

Step 3: Update the child’s Aadhaar number in NBM portal in Field verification data module.

 

Migration on marriage grounds

Child is not in Household but Mother is in her Mother’s Household Child’s Father is in a different Household.

1st Step- Mother shall be migrated to Husband’s Household through “Migration on Marriage Grounds” module in PS Login.

2nd Step- The Child shall be added to the Parent’s Household through PS Login.

 

Rice Card Related

Child and parents are in the same Household. But child is either not present in parent’s Rice Card or is present in rice card different from parent’s rice card. Are such cases considered for Ammavodi?

In the “Child in Household but Mother not in Household” scenario, corresponding mother is Dead and is hence not available in Household database.

How can the Father’s Aadhaar be mapped to Childs Aadhaar?

In the NBM Grievance module, raise a grievance under “Mother/Father death” grievance type where the correct details of child and parents can be entered.

Mother and Child are in different Households. After merging child and mother’s Household, will it reflect in WEA/WEDPS logins.

In case mother is dead, and father is alive and available but not mentally stable. Last year the benefit was given to Guardian, so this year whose Aadhaar should be entered.

Father details shall be collected, in case of the death of Mother. In the “Mother Alive” column, select “No”, select “Father” from the dropdown and enter the Father’s Aadhaar.

Select Guardian only when Mother and Father are both dead.
