2. Review meeting held on 19.11.2022 hosted by Commissioner of School Infrastructure with all the District Educational Officers and Head Masters.
Government vide reference 1st read above, accorded Administrative sanction approval for improving Infrastructure facilities in 22,344 Schools and other Educational institutions with a total budget outlay of Rs.8000 Crs.
Now onwards all the indents for cement should be in multiples of 32 tons and 36 tons only. The quantities already placed in the STMS software also should be changed into 32 tons and 36 tons.
Hence, all the District Educational Officers, Additional Project Coordinators and Executive Engineers of concerned implementing agencies shall ensure that cement indents are placed for 32 tons and 36 tons only. DEOs and APCs may combine small indents to the above limits of 32 and 36 tons. TCS shall make necessary modifications in the STMS software.
