The attention of all the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the state is invited co the references cited and they are informed that as per the procedural guidelines of the Government provisional allocation of posts under the control of Additional Project Co-Ordinator's was made among the districts and orders were issued in this office proceedings 6th cited.
In the proceedings they were clearly directed to immediately initiate action for segregation/reallocation of posts/staff with the approval of the District Collector & Chairman, Samagra Shiksha enabling them to report before the Additional Project Coordinators, to which their services are provisionally allotted. Besides, they were directed to complete the allocation work within four days. But, it came to the notice of the undersigned that in several districts the segregation/allocation of posts is not yet completed on trivial reasons and some of the Sectoral/ Assistant Sectoral Officers are wandering around this office without obeying the orders of the State Project Director.
In view of the above all the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and the Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha are directed to:
- Complete the allocation work in two days without fail and report
- Keep the Sectoral and Assistant Sectoral Officers (Teachers/ HMs/ Principals), who are unwilling to report in the districts, to which they were allotted, in block list for 10 years and they shall not be recommended / considered for deputation under Foreign Service terms and conditions during the block period.
- The vacancies caused in allocation or due to repatriation of working staff to their parent department / school shall be filled immediately with the approval of the District Collectors as per the procedure laid under rules.
- Submit the details of the posts / staff allocated to the districts and those disobeyed the posting orders.
Further, they are informed that dereliction / delay in implementation or deviation of above orders will lead to immediate disciplinary action against them as per rules in vogue.
