The Government of India has approved the Annual School Grants Rs.859.75 for 855 PM SHRI schools under PMSHRI PAB 2025-26. It includes to be used as per the guidelines by the Govt. of India by the schools flexible to ensure continuity of learning and at least 10% funds to be utilized for Swachhta Action Plan for Water, Sanitation and hygiene in the Elementary & Secondary Schools as per the strength of the schools.

Under the powers vested with the State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha, sanction is hereby accorded to release an amount of Rs.859.75 lakhs directly to the PFMS account of 855 PM SHRI schools during 2025-26 including 10% funds to be utilized for Swachhta Action Plan for the Elementary & Secondary Schools as per the guidelines. (list attached). Hence, the Finance Controller of this office is requested to release the above grants to PM SHRI schools through PFMS accounts.
The above sanctioned amount for Rs.859.75 lakhs shall be met from the intervention of Annual School Grants under PM SHRI approved budget under PAB 2025-26 for 855 schools.
The Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby requested to inform to all Phase-I and Phase-II PM SHRI school heads to ensure 100% expenditure for particular purpose and upload their estimation and expenditure upload by the concerned HM and approved by concerned MEOs in the app developed by state.
