The Vocational Education is being implemented in Andhra Pradesh from 2016-17.The state Government has re-open the Schools from 05.07.2022 for the academic year 2022-23. Accordingly the Vocational Education classes are to be started in the schools like other subjects. The Vocational Education also is to be taught as an additional subject in Class 9th and 10th as a compulsory and elective in Class 11th and 12th These NSDC Vocational Training Partners are engaged in State from 2016-17. The Vocational Education is being implementing in the State by engaging Vocational Training Partners (VTPs) in 544 Schools for the academic year 2022-23 to the following Trades.
- Agriculture
- Apparel & Made-ups
- Electronics
- IT/ITES
In the reference 2nd cited, the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha has renewal the Ten (10) Vocational Training Partners (VTPs) implement the Vocational Education Programme in the allotted existing schools for all the levels with the existing trainers and to plan to start the Vocational Education (VE) classes from 08.08.2022 and furnish necessary details pertaining to execution of the programme. This work order is valid from 08.08.2022 to until completion of the academic year decided by the State Government for the year 2022-23.
The AISECT should provide in service training with their Master Trainers to the Vocational Trainers through online for 5 days and submit the supporting documents to the office. The expenditure for online In service training should be borne by VTP and Samagra Shiksha will not reimburse any amount for the said Training.
Further it is informed that, the In Service Teacher Training will be provided to the Vocational Trainers for 5 days under Samagra Shiksha in the month of September, 2022.
The AISECT are requested to submit the MoU with the terms and conditions. The VTP is liable for penalty, if the classes are not conducted or delivered to the students as per the calendar provided by the SCERT. In such case, VTP will be terminated immediately without any notice
This has got the approval of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha.
