AP SSC 10th Recounting, Re-verification Application Forms, Covering Letters AP SSC 10th Marks Recounting Instructions / Guidelines:
1) The application should be submitted directly at Counters Constituted at designated points to be announced by the District Educational Officers concerned at erstwhile District Headquarters
2) Application format is kept in the website www.bse.ap.gov.in
3) The prescribed fee for each subject is Rs.500/-
4) Enclose Xerox copy of Hall ticket, Dummy memo of marks, if not, the application will be summarily rejected.
5) Fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6) Applications sending by post/courier service will not be accepted.
7) Fee paid by way of drawing Demand Drafts and Bankers Cheques will not be accepted.
8) Enclose oneself addressed envelope without stamps.
9) The appeal for undervaluation or over valuation shall not be considered under any circumstances.
10) The e-Payment / Manual Payment through Challan Reference Form has to be paid by the individual candidate only and no group e-Payment / Manual Payment through Challan Reference Form will be accepted.
AP SSC 10th Marks Reverification Instructions / Guidelines:
1) The candidate has to submit his/ her application duly forwarded by the Headmaster of the school concerned duly getting the photo attested.
2) Application format is kept in the website www.bse.ap.gov.in
3) The prescribed fee for each subject is Rs.1000/-
4) The application should be submitted directly at Counters Constituted at designated points to be announced by the District Educational Officers concerned at erstwhile District Headquarters
5) Need not apply for Recounting of marks, if applied for supply of Photostat copy of valued answer script.
6) Should not send application for re-verification of answer scripts directly to the O/o Director of Government Examinations/Board of Secondary Education, Vijayawada.
7) Enclose Xerox copy of Hall ticket, Dummy memo of marks, if not, the application will be summarily rejected.
8) Fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances.
9) Applications sending by post/courier service will not be accepted.
10) Fee paid by way of drawing Demand Drafts and Bankers Cheques will not be accepted.
11) The appeal for undervaluation or over valuation shall not be considered under any circumstances.
12) The Xerox copy of the valued answer script will be sent to the candidate after re-verification.
13) Enclose One Self addressed envelope of 12 X 9 ½ (book size) and another cover of 10 X 4 ½ with the address of the Head master concerned without affixing postal stamps.
14) The e-Payment / Manual Payment through Challan Reference Form has to be paid by the individual candidate only and no group e-Payment / Manual Payment through Challan Reference Form will be accepted.
Provisions included in Re verification:
1) Re totaling
2) Whether marks for all answers are posted or not.
3) Re-verification as per the Principles of valuation for only those answers which are unvalued. Unvalued answers will be valued and marks will be awarded.
If any reduction in the already awarded marks is noticed, it will be communicated to the candidate with an instruction to surrender/return the original certificate to facilitate issue of the revised certificate with the reduced marks. The marks will be revised in the permanent Record of the office. If the candidate concerned fails to comply with the instruction in returning the memo, he has to face the consequences if his certificate referred for verification at a later date. The Department is not responsible for the action of the candidate.
SSC రీకౌంటింగ్ & రీవెరిఫికేషన్‌పై సూచనలు:
i. అభ్యర్థులు ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తులో ఆన్లైన్ అప్లికేషన్లో రీ-కౌంటింగ్ మరియు రీ-వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం 23- 04-2024 నుండి 30-04-2024 వరకు రాత్రి 11:00 గంటల వరకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఆఫ్లైన్/ మాన్యువల్ అప్లికేషన్ల యొక్క మునుపటి ప్రక్రియ తొలగించబడింది మరియు రీకౌంటింగ్ మరియు -రీ వెరిఫికేషన్ ప్రయోజనం కోసం ఆన్లైన్ అప్లికేషన్ రూపొందించబడింది.
ii. జవాబు పత్రాల రీకౌంటింగ్ మరియు రీ-వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలనుకునే అభ్యర్ధులు వెంటనే సంబంధిత పాఠశాల హెచ్ఎమ్ ని దాని కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేయవలసిందిగా అభ్యర్ధించాలి మరియు సంబంధిత పాఠశాల హెచ్ఎమ్ కి మాత్రమే ఫీజును సమర్పించాలి.
iii. మార్చి 2024, SSC పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షల జవాబు పత్రాల రీకౌంటింగ్ మరియు రీ-వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం దరఖాస్తులను సమర్పించి మరియు చెల్లింపు చేయడానికి ముందు పాఠశాల యొక్క HM/ ప్రిన్సిపల్/ కరస్పాండెంట్ ఆన్లైన్ అప్లికేషన్ యొక్క మాన్యువల్ను క్షుణ్ణంగా పరిశీలించాలి.
iv. అన్ని రుసుము చెల్లింపులు ఆన్లైన్ అప్లికేషన్లో మాత్రమే చేయబడతాయి, ఫారము పూరించిన తర్వాత అధికారిక వెబ్సైట్ "www.bse.ap.gov.in" నుండి యాక్సెస్ చేయవచ్చు. ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ CFMS సిటిజన్ చలాస్ ద్వారా ఫీజు చెల్లింపులు జరగవు. CFMS సిటిజన్ చలాన్ ద్వారా చేసిన చెల్లింపులు ఆమోదించబడవు మరియు తిరిగి చెల్లించబడవు లేదా సర్దుబాటు చేయబడవు. CFMS సిటిజన్ చలాన్ ద్వారా చేసే ఏవైనా చెల్లింపులకు O/o DGE, A.P., బాధ్యత వహించదు.
v. ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్ను పూరించడానికి ముందు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు కింది పత్రాలను సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి:
ఎ) మార్చి 2024, SSC పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షలకు హాజరైన పాఠశాల నుండి విద్యార్ధుల జాబితా.
