AMENDMENTS TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH INTERMEDIATE EDUCATION SERVICE RULES.
G.O.Ms.No.76, School Education (IE.A1), 8th December, 2021
NOTIFICATION:
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Education Service Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.302, Education (IE-I) Department, dated: 30-12-1993, and as subsequently amended from time to time:
AMENDMENTS:
In the said rules, in rule 3,
(i). in the table, against the category 5, in column (3), for the words, the following shall be substituted, namely, "By promotion of Junior Lecturer / Junior Lecturer (Vocational) / Physical Director / Librarian".
(i). after Note (3), the following shall be added, namely,
"Note (4) The promotion to the category of 'Principal' shall be considered on the basis of combined seniority of Junior Lecturers (Category - 8), Junior Lecturers (Vocational) [Category-9], Physical Directors (Category - 10) and Librarians (Category 11), subject to fulfillment of qualifications prescribed from time to time.
