The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state is invited to the reference read above wherein they have been requested to vacate other department. occupations in the school premises and issue instructions to take over the possession of all such buildings and submit compliance report in the matter.
Further, all the District Educational Officers in the State should furnish an affidavit to that effect stating that all such buildings are taken over by the Department and hereafter no school premises / land shall be allowed or utilized for any purpose that is not related to the school activities. They are also informed that any deviation in the matter will be viewed seriously.
This may be treated as "Most Urgent" and "Time Bound".
