It is to inform that in the reference 3rd cited, certain instructions issued to follow the existing system for payment of April 2021 salaries to the Village Secretariat Functionaries and Honorarium to Grama Volunteers.
In continuation of the Orders issued earlier the Joint Collectors (VWS&D) are requested to issue instructions to the Panchayath Secretaries to follow the existing system for the months of May and June 2021 also.
The CEO, APCFSS is requested to consider the existing practice for payment of salaries to Village Secretariat Functionaries and honorarium to Grama Volunteers for the months of May and June 2021 in view of Administrative exigencies. Further the Joint Collectors (VWS&D) is requested to ensure the payment of salaries to all Village Secretariat functionaries and Honorarium to Gram volunteers on time duly coordinating with DTO/STOs.
