Dispense of Bio metric Attendance to AP Sachivalyam Employees & Volunteers, postponement of Bio metric linked salaries till further orders

In the reference 1st cited the Government has issued instructions to capture bio metric attendance of all village/Ward volunteers.
In the reference 2nd cited the Government has issued instructions that village/ward Secretariats and the payment of salaries will be linked with all functionaries shall mark bio metric attendance twice a day from their the Bio-Metric Attendance with effect from 1st April 2021.
Due to prevailing COVID-19 situation in the state it has been decided to dispense with the Bio metric attendance capture of all Village Ward Functionaries & Village /ward volunteers and they shall follow the physical attendance system till further instructions.
Bio-Metric Attendance linked salary of the Village/Ward Secretariat functionaries with effect from 1st May 2021 is also postponed till further instructions.
However the Village/ ward secretariat functionaries shall use HRMS module for applying Casual Leave /Optional Holiday and for approval of the Deputations.
All the District Collectors are requested to make necessary arrangements to obtain attendance of Village Ward Secretariat Functionaries and Village / Ward Volunteers in physical form for the time being.
