While enclosing the copy of reference 2nd cited, the District Educational Ofcer, Kadapa and all the District Educational Ofcers in the State are invited to the references cited and they are requested to follow the instructions already issued by this Office (vide point-16 of this Ofce Procs.Rc.No.130ce29/11/20ce20ce-EST 3, Dt.14.10ce.20ce20ce i.e., in respect of Vocational Instructors/ Art/ Craft/ Drawing/ WI /MTI / Music etc manual counselling should be taken up within the trades) and complete the process immediately, if not taken up as on today due to MCC etc., to avoid further legal complications.
This has got the approval of the Director of School Education, A.P., Amaravati.
