The attention of all the Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers & Headmasters of Secondary Schools in the District is invited to the references read above and informed that the District Educational Officer, West Godavari, Eluru has desired to conduct the Regularization Mela for one week from 17.08.2020 on wards. In this regard, all the Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers & Headmasters of Secondary Schools in the District are hereby requested to follow the following instructions in submission of proposals for Regularization of Services and Declaration of Probation to all the teachers working in the District.
- Applications along with Service Registers should be reached to this office through the MEOs for SGTs and its equivalent cadres.
- Proposals for School Assistants and its equivalent working in High Schools/Mandals through the concerned Deputy Educational Officer
- No individual SR or proposals are accepted
- The concerned Mandal Educational Officer shall submit the SRs of all the SGTs and School Assts working in their respective Mandal Seperately in one bunch through
- Special Messenger only with proper authorization.
- All the Headmasters shall submit the SRs and proposals through the concerned Deputy Educational Officer only
- The Deputy Educational Officer concerned shall submit the proposals through Special Messenger only with proper authorization
- The DDOS should verify thoroughly with regard to the Date of Joining of the indivudals, EOLS if any, Disciplinary proceedings pending if any etc. while
- submitting the proposal and it should be brought to the notice to the undersigned.
- Any wrong information submitted by them, they will be the held responsibile The Regularization of Services and Declaration of Probation to the teachers will be done subject to final verification of Antecedents of the concerned teacher.
- Proposal should be submitted with covering letter with the following proforma in Soft and Hard Copy.
