ORDE R:

      In the reference 1st read above, consequent on his reporting to duty in Government of Andhra Pradesh, Sri V.G. Venkata Reddy, Senior Civilian Staff Officer (Training), Indian Coast Guard is admitted to duty in Govt., of A.P, with effect from the Fore Noon of 9.10.2019 and on admission he is posted as Special Secretary to Government, School Education Department. Accordingly, the MoS is admitted to duty on 13.12.2019 FN in the School Education Department in the reference 2nd read above.
     After careful examination of the matter, Government, decided to create (1) one temporary post i.e., Special Secretary to Government” School Education Department in the in Pay Matrix level 12 (i.e., Rs.78,800 - 2,09,200) w.e.f 9.10.2019 F.N.
    Accordingly, Government hereby accord sanction for creation of i.e., Special Secretary to Government”, School Education Department in the in Pay Matrix level 12 (i.e., Rs.78,800 - 2,09,200) from the date on which the Central Civil Service Officer took charge of the said post, up to 29.02.2020 (or) the need for the post ceases.
     The School Education Department shall draw and disburse the pay and allowances of the Central Civil Service Officer within the budget allocation and expenditure shall be debited to the relevant Head of account.
   This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O. No.
1091986/HR.II/FIN01-FMUOASD(SE)/5/2020, dated 19.3.2020.
