AAS - Automatic Advancement Scheme Clarification Memos

AAS - Automatic Advancement Scheme Clarification Memos Departments in Secretariat and Directorates are raising some practical problems in implementation of the Scheme and referred the files to the Finance (PC.II) Department on the similar issues. In order to clear the doubts on the new modified Automatic Advancement Scheme, Government hereby issue the following clarificatory orders.
