In supersession of instructions issued earlier vide CSE office proceedings cited above, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to take necessary action for opening of new accounts in each and every school exclusively for depositing the donations received from parents for ensuring proper sanitation and watch and ward in the schools. The amounts shall be deposited in the joint account of Head Master and Chairman, Parents Committee in order to meet the expenditure from out of the donations from parents.
In view of the above, all the District Educational officers in the state are requested to transfer the donation amount which is available in the Joint Account of DEO/APC Smagara Shiksha to the newly opened Joint Accounts of school Head Master and Chairman, Parents Committee for the maintenance of sanitation in the schools.
Guidelines will be issued for utilization of funds.
They are also requested to give publicity to this change of procedure soas to disseminate the same among the parents in the state.
