All the project Officers, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in the State are hereby directed to follow the guidelines while posting Sectoral and Assistant Sectoral Officers in District Project Offices. The guidelines are as follows:
1.Constitute a three men Committee as follows:
- Collector & District Magistrate and Chairmen, SSA : Chairmen
- Project Officer, SSA : Member Convenor
- District Educational Officer : Member
2.Calling the application from the eligible candidates and select the candidates as per the eligibility with the approval of the above committee.
3. List of the selected candidates submit to the State Project Director for ratification and also to get the deputation orders from the Commissioner of School Education, Ap, Amaravathi.
4. The entire process should be completes by 31st August, 2019.
Further, all the Project Officers are requested to follow the eligibility criteria which is already furnished by this Office earlier I. e., on 19.04.2017 (copy enclosed) . The district wise vacancy position is here by enclosed.
These orders should be followed scrupulously with out any deviation. Any deviation noticed, it will be viewed seriously and necessary disciplinary action will be initiated as per the rules
