SHAALA SIDDHI - State Level Observers for monitoring & review the evaluation - Instructions Rc.No.36

           All the District Educational Officers & Project Officers, SSA in the state are informed that the School Standard Evaluation Programme has being implemented from the 4th April, 2018 onwards in all districts. The first level Self Evaluation is completed and the instructions has been communicated to the concerned MEOs/ Dy. Inspectors at MRCs vide references I't & 2"d cited for conduct 2nd level evaluationin their districts.

        Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Project Officers of the SSA in the state are requested to instruct concerned MEOs/ Dy. Inspectors to complete 2nd level evaluation as per the time line. The Project Officers of the SSA of the state are requested to issue suitable instructions to your sectoral officers to monitor closely & complete the programme within time line.

        In view of the above the following note Deputy Directors and Lectures of SIEMAT are hereby deputed to noted against the district for one day between 28-05-2018 to 3l-05-2018 for monitoring & review the evaluation of the SHAALASIDDI Programme and the same furnish to the report to SPO.

The Project Officers of APSSA are informed that issue instructions to nearby MIS Coordinators of the mandals, wherever observers shall be visited MRCs. The project Officers,

SSA in the State are further requested to provide transportation and accommodation for the above deputed observers.

The TA and DA of the observers shall be met from the SPOs of SSA in the state.
