Impact on Recruitment, Seniority, Promotions and Transfers
The approved contiguous Zone and Multi-Zone cadres constitute separate units for appointment, recruitment, discharge, seniority, promotion, transfer and other service matters under Paragraph 5(1) of the Presidential Order, 2025. Implementation Instructions
The Human Resources (School Education) Department is directed to amend relevant service rules to conform to the approved cadre scheme and readjust territorial jurisdictions wherever required. The Presidential Order, 2025 prevails over inconsistent existing service rules or statutes to the extent of the inconsistency.
