- Open the official NIDHI Mobile Number Updation page using the button given above.
- Enter your correct CFMS ID in the field provided and select Continue.
- Check the employee/Aadhaar details displayed on the portal carefully.
- Request the OTP. The OTP is sent according to the Aadhaar and CFMS details mapped in the system.
- Enter the OTP in the specified field and proceed with verification.
- Enter or confirm the mobile number as requested on the portal, complete the remaining verification and submit.
- After successful submission, save the acknowledgement or take a screenshot for your record.

NOTE: If OTP Is Not Received
If the OTP is not received, please verify the following:
- Aadhaar is linked with your CFMS ID: If Aadhaar is not mapped or is wrongly mapped, contact your DDO and complete e-KYC.
- Aadhaar-linked mobile number: If the registered number is old or incorrect, contact an Aadhaar Seva Centre/UIDAI and update it.
OTP will not be received if either of the above details is not updated correctly.
