In the reference 1st read above, the Project Approval Board 2026- 27 by Ministry of Education, Samagra Shiksha A.P approved the Block Resource Centre (BRC) Grants under Provision for BRC for 679 BRCs in Andhra Pradesh.
The Project Approval Board 2026-27 has approved Rs.543.20 Lakhs towards MRC grants @Rs.80,000/- for meeting the expenses of Maintenance Grant (Rs.20,000) TLE/ TLM grants(Rs.10,000/-) Meeting TA (Rs.30,000/-) Contingency grant (Rs.20,000/-).
In the reference 2nd read above, the GoI has released an amount of Rs.475,08,85,000/- (Rupees Four Hundred Seventy Five Crores Eight Lakhs Eighty Five Thousand Only) to the state in the form of Mother Sanction during the Financial Year 2026-27.
In the reference 3rd read above, Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued BRO for an amount of Rs.5,55,27,30,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Fifty Five Crores Twenty Seven Lakhs Thirty Thousand Only) for the year 2026-27 under General Revenue Head of Account is 2202-02- 113-27-47-310-312.
In the reference 4t h read above, the Government of Andhra Pradesh have accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.717,91,35,667/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Seventeen Crores Ninety One Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Seven Only) from the BE provision 2026-27 for the purpose of towards 1st instalment under Samagra Shiksha for implementation of activities related to Elementary Education, Secondary Education and Teacher Education as per activities approved in PAB, for the F.Y. 2026-27.
Accordingly, Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.543.20 Lakhs to the 26 District Educational Officers concerned towards BRC Grants for the Academic Year 2026-27 and release the same to the MRCs in their districts for smooth conduct of Mandal meetings and academic activities during the A.Y. 2026-27 to the SCO code (Sub Controlling Officer code) through SNA-SPARSH and details are as mentioned below:

The Chief Accounts officer of this office is hereby directed to disburse the above amount under SNA-SPARSH through CFMS to the Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) O/o the DSE,A.P to the concerned 26 District Educational Officers to the SCO code (Sub Controlling Officer code) amount mentioned against their respective district.
The expenditure shall be met from the budget provision exists under Major Component:: 5-Quality Interventions Sub Component:: 5.3- Academic Support through BRC/URC/CRC Activity Master Name:: 5.3.2 – Provisions for BRCs/URCs Activity Mater Details:: 5.3.2.5-Maintanence Grant, 5.3.2.6-TLE/TLM Grant, 5.3.2.7-Meeting, TA Grant & 5.3.2.8- Contignecy Grant (Recurring) Rs.543.20 Lakhs under Minutes of PAB 2026-27 Head of Account 2202-02-113-27-47-310-312 (Recurring).
The District Educational Officers in the State are hereby directed to release the budget to the MRCs in their districts for the year 2026-27 and upload the expenditure in PRABANDH portal and also to inform the MEOs to upload the estimation and expenditure in the app for approval of APC concerned through online for utilization of annual grants.
