AP TNA Survey 2026 – Latest Proceedings
The Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh has issued instructions to conduct the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) survey for 2025-26 and 2026-27 under the AP-SALT Project. Purpose of the TNA Survey
The survey supports need-based teacher training envisioned under National Education Policy 2020. It helps the department identify teachers’ professional-development priorities and develop relevant courses based on teacher interest, competencies and Classroom-Based Assessment evidence.
TNA Year 4 – Phase 2
Teachers will indicate their preferences among proposed professional-development course options. These course options were identified from the first-phase findings at complex level and available CBA evidence.
TNA Year 5
The survey will seek teachers’ experiences, challenges and support needs concerning new textbooks, Teacher Handbooks, assessments and Value Education.

- Facilitate participation during the September Cluster Complex Meetings.
- Non-language teachers and primary teachers attend the meeting on 19 September 2026.
- Language teachers and primary teachers attend the meeting on 26 September 2026, as stated in the proceedings.
