1. Can KGBV contract teachers and DSC–1998/2008 MTS teachers take the Special TET?
Answer: Eligible DSC–1998 and DSC–2008 teachers currently serving on Minimum Time Scale in the specified categories may appear. The cited notification does not make KGBV contract teachers eligible.

4. What qualifications are required for a scribe for a candidate with visual impairment?
Answer: The scribe must have an educational qualification one level below the candidate’s, subject to applicable rules. For this computer-based exam, the scribe must also have adequate computer knowledge.
