Instructions to Cluster Complex Headmasters
- Ensure 100% attendance and active participation of all concerned teachers.
- Arrange suitable seating, safe drinking water, sanitation, digital infrastructure and internet connectivity.
- Identify Resource Persons/facilitators in advance and brief them on the agenda.
- Provide relevant academic content and resource material sufficiently in advance.
- Follow the approved agenda and prescribed time schedule.
- Mark attendance using the prescribed mechanism/facial recognition system wherever applicable.
- Collect the prescribed feedback form from every teacher before dispersal.
- Maintain records and submit monitoring/feedback information to the concerned authorities.
- Convert meeting discussions and outcomes into school-level action plans.
Activities Not Permitted
- No felicitation activities connected with transfers or promotions; no shawls or garlands.
- No personal or birthday parties, visits or sightseeing programmes.
