The RTE -2009 and the New Education policy-2020 mandates that community participation is highly essential to improve the education system by parental involvement in education and recognizing parents as the key stakeholders in the education system. It encourages schools to engage parents meaningfully by ensuring that they are partners in their child's educational journey. So, it is essential to conduct the Mega Parent Teacher Meetings 3.0(MPTM 3.0) in all the Government management Schools across the State.

 

In this regard, in accordance with the RTE Act-2009 and New Education policy- 2020, the Samagra Shiksha, School Education department, Government of Andhra Pradesh decided to conduct Mega Parent Teacher Meeting 3.0 on 5^th December 2025 at all Government Management schools in the State.

 

The powers vested with the State Project Director, sanction is accorded to the Finance Controller of this Office for an amount of Rs.9,84,34,350/- (Rupees Nine Crore Eighty-Four Lakhs Thirty Four Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty only/) to release to the accounts of the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State for conducting of Mega Parent Teacher Meeting 3.0 in all the Government Management School in the State.

 

The district wise budget is calculated based on the enrollment of the school as per the Udise.

With the powers vested with the State Project Director, sanction is accorded for Rs. 9,84,34,350/- (Rupees Nine Crore Eighty-Four Lakhs Thirty-Four Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty only/-) and the Finance Controller of this office is requested to release the budget to the APCs of Samagra Shiksha in the State for organizing MPTM 3.0.

 

The expenditure for the above said programme shall be met from the intervention 2.3.1.1 “Training of SMC/SDMCs (Elementary)” as per budget approved in the PAB minutes for the year 2025-26.
