All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational officers and District Educational Officers, Ex-officio Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that in the reference cited, an amount of Rs.50,000/- for each PM SHRI School (phase I and II) for 820 Schools in Andhra Pradesh which amounts to Rs.4,10,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crore Ten Lakhs Only) has sanctioned under PM SHRI the head of Strengthening of the Bharat Scouts & Guides in Andhra Pradesh to implement Bharat Scouts & Guides activities as per the action plan for the year 2025-26 in the District units. as shown below:

Further, it is submitted that the Bharat Scouts & Guides State Association will organize Advance Courses for male and female teachers of PM SHRI Schools. A registration fee of Rs.381/- will be charged. Additionally, a Camp Development Fee of Rs.100/- and a Certificate Fee of Rs.50/- will be charged for each unit leader and for boy girl programme each scout/guide will be charged Rs.100/- for development Fee and Rs.50/- for certificate fee. These amounts will be collected at the time of training. Upon successful completion of the training camp, the State Headquarters of the Bharat Scouts & Guides will issue certificates to the participants and requested to release an amount of Rs.50,000/- to each of the 820 PM SHRI Schools under PM SHRI the head of Strengthening of the Bharat Scouts and Guides in Andhra Pradesh for conduct of training, testing camps and also providing uniform materials.
Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational officers and District Educational Officers, Ex-officio Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby requested to inform all Phase-I and Phase-II PM SHRI school heads to ensure 100% expenditure for particular purpose and upload their estimation, expenditure in the app developed by state and expenditure approved by MEO through online also for utilization of annual grants for PMSHRI.
