The attention of all Additional Project Coordinators across the State is drawn to the reference read above, it was informed that the Government has made a new initiative aims to significantly enhance the educational environments provided to students, ensuring access to better facilities and. resources that foster effective learning and ensure all students have access to enhanced educational opportunities.
Accordingly, it has been decided to enhance the Infrastructure facilities of the schools and identified 9620 Schools as Modern Primary Schools with "6" components consisting of (i) Partition in Classroom Rooms (ii) New Furniture (iii) Installing Green Chalkboards & (iv) Painting (v) convert verandas into classrooms (vi) Minor repairs.
In this context, it is also informed that there is currently an available amount of Rs. 338.56 crores (Rupees Three Hundred Thirty-Eight Crores and Fifty-Six Lakhs) in the Parents Committee Accounts. These funds are allocated specifically for covering expenditures related to the implementation of 9,620 Modern Primary Schools throughout the State. A copy of the district-wise breakdown of the available amounts is enclosed.
Therefore, all the Additional Project Coordinators in the state are once again directed to instruct field functionaries not to withdraw the specified amount from the Parents Committee Accounts without the prior knowledge of the undersigned. Any deviations from these instructions disciplinary action will be initiated by the established rules and regulations.
