2. G.O. Ms. No.19 School Education (Prog.I) Department, Dated: 13.05.2025 of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati (Re-structuring the Schools).
All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Offcio Project Coordinators, Additional Project Coordinators and Mandal Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh is taking a prestigious programme of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra (SRKVM-I) for the year 2025-26 in the state. Under this programme the Government is Providing Student Kit consists Text Books, Work Books, Note Books, Dictionaries, Shoes, Belts, Bags to the students studying in all Govt., Schools and Govt., aided Schools.
The “Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra” (SRKVM-I) Kit items supplied to the Mandal Stock Points by the supplier are to be transported to the School Points in the respective Mandals as per the UDISE dated 05.03.2025. The Mandal Team Members will take active role in receiving the material, counting, check for shortage/damage/mismatch, school wise separation of material, school wise packing and make them ready for transportation to the Schools.
Further, it is informed that Vide reference 2nd cited, Government have accorded permission for re-structuring the existing non-residential school run by State Government, Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad, Municipal and Tribal Welfare Department schools into (i) Satellite Foundational School (PP1 & PP2), (ii) Foundational School (PP1, PP2, Class 1&2), (iii) Basic Primary School (PP1, PP2, Class 1 to 5), (iv) Model Primary School (PP1, PP2, Class 1 to 5), (v) Upper Primary School (PP1, PP2, Class 1 to 8), (vi) High School (Classes 6 to 10), (vii) High School (Classes 1 to 10), (viii) High School Plus (Classes 6 to 12), (ix) High School Plus (Classes 1 to 12).
Hence, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators, Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Mandal Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that, as per the G.O. Ms. No.19, School Education (Prog.I) Department, dated 13.05.2025, it is essential to obtain comprehensive student data in preparation for the distribution of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra (SRKVM-I) Kits.
Accordingly, the following data must be collected from all schools under your jurisdiction:
- Class-wise student data
- Gender-wise student data
- Shoe sizes of students Class-wise and Gender-wise.
All the Mandal Educational Officers shall prepare an advance plan for allotment of Kits to those schools to which students are re-mappted after implementation of G.O.Ms.NO.19, dated 13.05.2025. The collected data will facilitate the smooth movement of SRKVM-I Kit items from the Mandal stock points to the respective school points. All arrangements must be made to ensure that the kits are ready for distribution to students on the school reopening day.
All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators, Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Mandal Educational Officers in the state are hereby to coordinate with Headmasters and concerned staff to complete this task promptly and ensure accuracy in data collection. Any delays or discrepancies in the data may affect the timely distribution of the kits.
