SRKVM app monitors the kit distribution provided for the government schools in AP

“Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra” is a scheme by the School Education Dept. of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. The scheme aims to minimize dropouts, improve the gross Enrolment ratio, improve students' participation in learning activities, and thereby improve the learning outcomes of the children. This app monitors the kit distribution provided by the government of AP for the students of Class 1 to 10, of government schools in AP. Kit includes items such as a school bag, textbooks, notebooks, uniforms, shoes, belt, dictionary and other stationery items under this scheme.

Orientation to Mandal Educational Officers on the workflow of the SRKVM App

• Load creation : Supplier will create load and sent to MEO / APC in supplier login
• Aadhaar Authentication : After verifying kit details, the Mother/Father biometric to be verified with Aadhaar and then distribute the kit
• Kit Distribution : In distribution module class wise students are displayed. After selection of student kit details will be shown.
• Load Received : Loads are received by the MEO / APC in their login under the Delivery Loads Module by AADHAAR biometric Authentication (present SMS gateway)
• Material Verification: MEO need to verify the each material and need to enter good and bad quantity on daily basis in material verification module
• Receiving Materials at schools :  At schools level the concern HM need to receive the materials and acknowledge it in Verify Received Materials module and then allowed for distribution
• Transfer Material to Schools : Verified good materials are to be transferred to concern Schools by MEO in Transfer Materials Module.

LOAD RECEIVING IN MEO LOGIN

• Enter the login Id and password the dashboard details will show and by click on( =) right side then select Modules

LOAD RECEIVING IN MEO LOGIN WITH AADHAAR AUTHENTICATION

• The user must be connect to the fingerprint device to mobile for aadhaar authentication
• The User need to select the module name Delivery details and then tap on the capture Biometric button and place the finger on the device for authentication.

LOAD RECEIVING IN MEO LOGIN

• After success authentication list of loads are shown
• Click on the load details, Item wise sample random verification screen will reflect.
• By selecting yes or no option for good condition , specified, capture image of sample and entering remarks and then click on the proceed button.

LOAD RECEIVING IN MEO LOGIN

• Enter the received Quantity and then click on proceed button and then capture the image of delivery challan and items and enter Challan number, select the challan, received date and then click on save/submit button.
• Click on save button the load details are saved in saved loads .
• Click on submit button the details submitted.

MATERIAL VERIFICATION IN MEO LOGIN

• After received of loads, the Mandal Committee need to verify each material and should enter the verified quantity , good & bad quantity on daily basis .

MATERIAL TRANSFER (DICTIONARIES) FROM APC TO MEO LOGIN

• After successful receiving of loads, the materials are allowed to transfer to Mandals
• Click on the transfer materials then select mandal and then components and then enter the item wise transfer quantity and submit the details.

MATERIAL TRANSFER (DICTIONARIES) FROM APC TO MEO LOGIN

• The user need to submit the details like vehicle number, driver name & mobile number , Route officer & mobile number and then click on proceed button .
• The submitted details are reflected in MEO login in Receiving Materials module

MATERIAL RECEIVING (DICTIONARIES) IN MEO LOGIN

• Click on the Verify received Materials module, the user need to select the load and then accept or reject the load .
• If accept the load, the user need to upload the challan number & date and then submit.

MATERIAL TRANSFER TO SCHOOLS IN MEO LOGIN

• After successful receiving of loads, the materials verification(good quantity) & shoes verification (fit quantity) are allowed to transfer to schools.
• Click on the transfer materials then select transporters and then enter the vehicle details and then select schools which are tagged to that vendor.

MATERIAL TRANSFER TO SCHOOLS IN MEO LOGIN

• Enter the item wise transfer quantity for the selected school and click on the save & proceed and then click on the "+" icon to add another school to the same load and the click on the submit to save details
• The submitted details are reflected in HM login for verification and then only distribution allowed.

MATERIAL RECEIVING IN HM LOGIN

• Whatever material transferred by the MEOs , the materials must be accepted, then only distribution allowed.
• The hm need to upload signed DC copy for submission .

KIT DISTRIBUTION IN HM LOGIN

• Click on the distribution module in HM login.
• Select class from list and then select the student from list and check whether the material is distributed or not
• If not distributed, please uncheck the material from the list .

KIT DISTRIBUTION IN HM LOGIN

• Select the Aadhaar Type from and click on capture Biometric, ask the Mother/Child to place thumb on the scanner and wait for response.
• Note: ensure Scanner must be connected to device properly or not, scanner driver's app must be run before biometric.
