The attention of all the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that in the reference read above the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati has declared the Summer Vacation to all the Schools in the State from 24.04.2024 to 11.06.2024 and declare the last working day for the Academic Year 2023-24 is 23.04.2024.
The Additional Project Coordinators are requested to terminate the contractual agreement of the Services of the Contract Employees, who are working under the control of Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State (i.e. Data Entry Operator, MIS Coordinator, CRMTs, Messengers, Office Subordinates, Site Engineers, Part Time Instructors, System Analysts and the Sectoral/ Assistant Sectoral Officers etc.) as per terms and conditions of contractual agreement.
Therefore, all the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby instructed to take immediate action to terminate the contractual agreement by following the procedure. Further, with regard to re-engagement for the year 2024-25 necessary instructions will be issued later. These instructions are not applicable to the staff working under KGBVs and IERPs.
