In response to the DTA letter in the reference 1st cited, CSE inform the following information for sanction of Automatic Advancement Scheme to SGTs and LFL HMs..
a) Whether the post of LFL HM is a promotion post for SGT or not? If yes, what are the pre-requisites/eligibility criteria for such SGTS.
Reply: LFL HM is a promotion post for SGT, the qualification for the post of Head Master of Primary School (LFL) is "Must possess the qualification of at least Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Examination of A.P. or its equivalent. Must possess Diploma in Education. issued by the Director of Government Examinations, A.P. or its equivalent." as per G.O.Ms. No.11 & 12, Dated: 23-01-2009
b) An SGT with Inter + D.Ed can be promoted to the post of LFL HM?
Reply: Yes
c) What are the Pre-requisites for awarding SPP-1/SPP-IA to the SGTs with Inter + D.Ed, i.e., whether they have to acquire Degree + B.Ed or any passing of departmental tests/PAT are prescribed?
Reply: Pre-requisites for awarding SPP-1/SPP-IA to the SGTs is Inter + D.Ed also and there is no departmental tests/PAT prescribed.
