The District Educational Officers, Kakinada and Chittoor are informed that the following clarifications are issued:

1. Whether the employees who are working in SSA on FSTC shall consider or not during the transfer counselling. |
Yes, As per the Government orders, the employees completed 5 years of stay in a station shall be invariably transferred. |

2. Whether the employees who are working in, RJDSE office on deployment basis and completed 5 years of services & station seniority may consider or not. |
Yes, As per the Government orders, the employees completed 5 years of stay in a station shall be invariably transferred (sub rule (2) of Rule (4) under Principles for Transfers and Postings) |

3. The Vacancies allotted to new districts shall consider to filled in transfer counselling. |
Yes, within the new district only. |

4. One Sr. Asst. vacant post allocated to East Godavari District from the erstwhile West Godavari district whether said vacancy may filled in the Transfer counselling of erstwhile East Godavari District. |
Yes, Employees shall invariably be transferred from their existing location on promotion unless no such posts exist at a different location or by transfer. |

There are employees working under order to serve in the erstwhile district [Chittoor District] i.e., office of the District Educational Officer, Chittoor, some of the employees have completed 5 years of service. I may kindly be clarified whether exemption granted in para no 7 above is applicable to the employees who have completed 5 years of service in the erstwhile district i.e., Chittoor District [Office of the District Educational Officer, Chittoor] or should they be transferred as laid down at para-4 |
No, erstwhile district were not exempted, transfers should be held as per the orders laid down at para 4 in the G.O. |
