Provisional Allocation of Adult Education Department Posts & Personnel in the restructured Districts

Sub:- Adult Education Department - District Restructuring 2022 in Andhra Pradesh - Human Resources - Allocation - Provisional Allocation of posts & Personnel in the restructured Districts - Certain instructions issued - Regarding.

Ref:- Memo.No.ESE02-1 514t12020-CSE, Dt.04.04.2022 of the School Education Department, Govt., of A.P.

The attention of the all Deputy Directors of Adult Education in the State are invite to the ref cited, the Commissioner of School Education has informed that, the Government have issued that, the final notification for restructuring of existing 13 Districts into 26 Districts in the State of Andhra Pradesh to take Governance to the door steps of the citizen of Andhra Pradesh and enhancing their satisfaction.

Accordingly the Provisional Allocation of Posts and Personal of concerned department are adjusted to the Reorganized Districts and discharging their duties from 04.04 .2022 onwards.

Further, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., has notified the location and address of all District Educational Offices in the State from 04.04.2022 and requested all officers to make correspondence with the Districts on the mentioned addressed from the appointed date (i.e., 04.04.2022)

Further, in view of the restructuring of Districts and in order to bring synergy among various activities in School Education Department, it is directed to locate all the functionaries in School Education Department in the same premises of District Educational Office as notified by the Commissioner of School Education Department, Dt.04.04.2022. Hence, all District level officers (School Education Department & Adult Education Department) including Additional Project Coordinator (APC), Samagra Siksha and Deputy Director, Adult Education shall ensure that their respective offices are co-located in the same premises along with DEO office in all 26 District duly following the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.71, School Education (Prog.III) Department, Dt. 17 .l0.2019

Therefore, all the Deputy Directors of Adult in the state are requested to Co-ordinate this work with District Educational Officers and ensure, that there respective officers are co-located in the the same premises of DEO office in all districts in the state.

The above instructions should be implemented scrupulously and report compliance to this office by 12.04.2022 in the matter.
