The Member Secretary, APCOST has informed that in commemoration of the discovery of the "Raman Effect" by one of the renowned physicists of India Sir C.V.Raman, which won him the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930 for his phenomenal discovery. APCOST has proposed to organize a program entitled "National Science Day (NSD) Celebrations-2020" in all districts with the cooperation of DSOs under the guidance of concerned DEOs and DCs. The organizers are requested to organize the activities scrupulously with the norms & guidelines (enclosed)
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers are requested to instruct DSOs to conduct the NSD Celebrations-2020 as per guidelines issued by the Member Secretary APCOST. Vijayawada.
